河川的氾濫區是人類群體曾經得以棲居、連結的基地，共用這條河流的「＃我們」，指涉的不僅是居住於流域上既分散又獨立的個人，亦是因此在其上聚集挖掘的共作成員，在此，我們不只共用了這一條河，我們更是成為一條河。本計畫由「＃土人探島」7位藝術家共同發起，成員包含沈庭華、周代焌、林奕碩、林彥翔、郭敬耘、黃舜廷、廖昭豪，首次發表以「＃濁水溪」的黑金（黑土）與其周遭交織的萬物為認識對象，歷經半年的時間，以集體探勘、共創共作做為方法，將濁水溪水域轉化為集體創作行動的實踐場域。創作者在經歷定期讀書會、串連、共享研究面向與報導人後，重新結合各自的藝術關注與創作脈絡，在濁水溪流域上探查大地，進而採集及理解治理（技）術、民間信仰、工農林漁業在地景上留下的紋理，挖掘河流南北岸的文化、部落、語言與建築型態，同時開啟與當地報導人、耆老及文史工作者間的多次對話，以藝術行動深化濁水溪流域不同面向的認識。有別於成員過往獨立創作的思維，更試圖透過密集的對話和行動，辯證「集體創作」的可能性。在多次共同探勘、採集與圓桌會議後，反思藝術生產方法，及其與地方、萬物的多點連結。

The TOPO art group has been working collectively in the "Zhuoshuixi" watershed for half a year. Seven creators from different aspects of the project do regular readings, linking their thoughts and sharing their research. A group of people explored the traces of belief and land use left by various industries along the Zhuoshui River. We describe different aspects of the river through artistic action. 

The “Black Soil - Forgathering by One River” exhibit showcases objects collected between watersheds, including stones, plants, and even sounds. There is a large map in the exhibition, on which the places visited will be marked with text as an auxiliary, and presented in the form of video documentaries. The group project is ongoing and is expected to be published at the Tainan Gallery by the end of 2023.
